  • I have been using Precision Auto since moving to Portsmouth five years ago. Although they may not be the least expensive in town, they are more than worth the extra. The mechanics are first rate, know their Saabs very well, and will always give an honest answer if you ask for alternatives to an otherwise expensive repair. Precision has guided me to lower-cost yet effective alternatives over and over again, and I consider them solely responsible for getting my two Saabs past 200,000 miles in very sound condition. Customer service is top notch, and they always stand behind their service. I highly recommend them to anyone in the NH Seacoast region needing quality car repair.

  • My wife and I have used Precision Auto for about 20 years and have always been very happy with the quality of service that they provide. We've purchased cars from Precision and have had both large and small repairs done there. Most of the mechanics have been with the company for well over 10 years. So it's not just customers that stick with them. Highly recommended!

  • I started going to Precision Auto after seeing them on this site. I highly recommend them. They are honest, friendly, professional and reasonably priced. They went the extra mile to find me a used drive shaft from Rhode Island, saving me $1000 over the new part. I totally trust these guys and am glad to have found a good mechanic in town.
